Meet Chroma Zone muralist Fadlabi and learn about his new mural The Air at Night, whose themes reflect his upbringing in Sudan and the ongoing Sudanese revolution.

Chroma Zone is partnering with Mizna and the Minnesota Museum of American Art (The M) in bringing Fadlabi to the festival. This evening’s talk is linked to Mizna's 20th anniversary retrospective exhibition, History Is Not Here: Art and the Arab Imaginary, opening September 12, 2019 at the M.

He will be in conversation with Heba Y. Amin, an internationally recognized artist and curator for the History is Not Here: Art and the Arab Imaginary exhibition at the M.

Forecast Public Art is one block south of the Metro Transit Green Line Raymond Station. Free parking in the adjacent lot between University and Myrtle Avenues.
